Happy Saturday, ya’ll!
Lately I have been reminding my toddler to take a deep breaths before having a classic 2 year old tantrum. I can tell you – it only works 50% of the time. But I have also been finding myself repeating this same mantra in my head during a stressful moment. Since it’s a beautiful (hopefully, long) weekend – I wanted to share this little G&W original that’s currently my desktop wallpaper. If anything, it might just simply remind you to breath in, breathe out when you most need to be reminded.
