I’m happy to finally be able to show this new brand reveal off! I am really loving working with interior designers lately and Carolyn was no exception! Based in NYC, she needed a new brand to launch her design company Carolyn Tierney Interiors. Carolyn has years of experience and had already built a very successful design firm, EcoTerior Solutions. Seriously, her work is killer. She realized how important it was going to be to reflect herself in her new business’ brand design in order to attract the right clients with similar tastes. We we set off on discovering what exactly that looked like. The result was bright, modern and textured. If you are familiar with Carolyn’s work, you know this fits her perfectly. It was important to create something for her that would grow with her business and have some flexibility. The “T” monogram was inspired by high-end fashion branding and art deco elements. It works well on it’s own and Carolyn can use it as a stamp or just an single icon.
I also developed a new, stronger tag line and brand statement for Carolyn Tierney Interiors. This helped clarify her business’ focus and uniqueness within her marketplace. I am finding this to be one of my favorite parts of my process – crafting the words that help define a brand. It was something I absolutely loved while working at an agency and I plan on making it even more substantial with my offerings next year. More to come on that later!
