It’s been a lovely, long holiday weekend here in Atlanta and what better way to kick off a busy new week than with showing off a new branding project. I worked with Hend from Plush Events in Doha-Qatar (love that I have clients in such exotic locations!) to create a chic, boho-inspired brand expression for her event design company. Hend wanted to keep the little pink elephant from her previous logo and I agreed that it was just too good to lose. I simplified the silhouette, giving it a cleaner, more modern style with a bit of texture – oh, and much more celebratory! I loved the concept of gold confetti coming out of the trunk – so festive and fun! I also worked on Plush’s tagline, which needed to be more succinct and descriptive. “Events Beyond Dreams” truly fits – just take a look at Hend’s Instagram. “About” messaging was also established, giving Plush Events a solid and powerful statement that defines who they are and who they work for. To see the whole brand package, just shoot me an email! Most importantly though, was making sure the branding felt vibrant and sophisticated without becoming childlike and silly. The events Hend creates are a blend of magic and elegance – not your typical party. It was important that the brand feel the same.
